Since 1982, Creations Hair Design has been serving Louisville’s beauty needs from the heart of historic Middletown. Although the Salon and Spa has changed ownership a few years ago, our commitment to making sure you look and feel fabulous is still a high priority.

The Salon was purchased in 2016 by Master Stylist Jessica Kelley from previous owner Rick Probus. The Salon and Spa has ten Hair Stylists, two Manicurists, two Massage Therapists, two Brow/Eyelash Extension Specialists and access to multiple Make-up Stylists. Offering a full range of services, we look forward to making you a priority with the highest level of customer satisfaction!
